The school has
two considerably large dining halls, each of which
accommodates 350 students. These halls are very
well-ventilated and spacious, with automated kitchens. The
students are seated class wise, with two teachers for
supervision and to ensure good table manners. Students of a
particular class make the weekly menu for the whole school,
which is carefully assessed by a specialized dietician before
being passed.
They are also given substantial liberty to raise
concerns over issues regarding food, which
ensures better quality and a feeling of
participation among students. In addition to
breakfast and lunch, the students are provided
with beverages and fruits daily before they
board the buses for going home.
Professional caterers have been given the
responsibility of catering food. These caterers
are capable of preparation of Indian as well as
popular cuisine. Special care is taken to ensure
health and hygiene in the kitchen as well as
during service.
