MEDITATION
PYRAMID
The children are inculcated into the habit of meditation and
yogic exercises with the help of a regular Meditation Teacher.
The Pyramid Meditation Centre accommodates 35 students at a
time and provides a very conducive environment for effective
meditation. Students from all classes are made to attend
meditation class in this centre according to a set time-table.
Moreover, five minutes of meditation inside classrooms is
compulsory for all after lunch. Famous dhyana-yogis like
Brahmarshi Patriji are invited periodically to interact with
the students.
