The school
provides a well-equipped library, which is managed effeciently
by a trained librarian. It provides reference books selected
by subject teachers. CBSE course-related material is also
available in the library to make sure that students understand
the examination system and pattern in depth. Moreover, the
school subscribes weekly and monthly environmental and
recreational journals for leisure reading.
The school library also contains a wide range of fictitious
books, both in English and Hindi. These are selected for the
school after careful examination, so that they satisfy the
need for all age groups.
The library is open to students in all
substitution classes. In addition, all classes
have a library period once in a week so that
they can fully take advantage of the library's
resources with no lock and key provision in any
almirahs.
Apart from the school library, students of Class
I to VI have personal class libraries to develop
reading habits among themselves.
